Victor Froholdt Named Fans Player of the Year 2024/2025

He’s been here, there, and everywhere on the pitch this season.

As a goal scorer, in the role of playmaker, and—perhaps most importantly—working tirelessly in the heart of the Copenhagen midfield.

Among other things, this has earned him a national team debut, and most recently awards as both the Spring Profile and Young Player of the Year in the Superliga. And now—by a comfortable margin over his closest competitors in our poll—he’s secured yet another honor.

It’s our great pleasure to name Victor Froholdt as F.C. Copenhagen’s Player of the Year for the 2024/2025 season.

Rising Star

It’s been no more than 20 months since the then-17-year-old midfielder made his first-team debut against IF Lyseng in the Oddset Cup—a debut he topped off with a goal, no less.

Since then, he’s played 60 matches for the Lions—52 of them this season, with 37 starts. Add to that eight goals and three assists—impressive by any measure.

A huge congratulations to Victor, whom we hope to enjoy in an FCK jersey for at least a couple more seasons...
